Can parents feel lonely at times as well as childfree people?

Yes you can feel lonely in a crowded room. Just sometimes you need more than children and partners. I don't think you can really put your finger on the reason you should. It is not just because something is going wrong but you just need stimulation from a different source. Can parents feel lonely at times as well as childfree people?
I am not a parent, but from a different view, I do see some parents that come off as lonely, or act as if they are missing their other half.

I believe some relationships, there is not enough communication, and the relationship grows farther and farther apart, causing much stress and emptiness. Can parents feel lonely at times as well as childfree people?
yes. its like being lonely in a crowd. people are physically there, but you dont feel emotional connection with them.

sure the parents love their kid, but maybe the communication between them is not quite good. for example, a parent who is argueing with her teenager might feeling lonely cos she feels that she is not understood, and therefore alone.
It can be pretty isolating to be awake at 4:00AM in an otherwise quiet house tending to a nonverbal baby. Additionally, unless you can afford a lot of babysitting you tend to lose track of your childless friends. I would imagine this is even worse for single parents.
Don't think so. A child is a blessing. Once you have it, you can't feel lonely.

Unless of course, they are single parents, and that way they feel lonely because they miss their half. But just then.
yes.....having a conversation with a three year old is hard. Having a conversation with a cat is about equal. Everyone gets lonely even when the room is full of people. Its human nature i suppose
Of course. Children are not an answer for loneliness. They have no interest in what you do and are constantly pushing the limit. An adult needs another adult to relate to.
yes they can feel lonely during the time they send their children off because their children already have their own families. this is called the 'empty nest syndrome'
Mos def parents are people and individuals with thoughts and emotions, there not robots.
