Must first ask if Philippines support old people...have old age pension like other countries? If not have such thing, then must remember that children important for older person...look after when sick, help with job around house etc.
Good idea in principal...however must also think of practical side. Can perhaps support advocate for 2 children....which 'replace' parents....so keep family name alive.
